"This is my first review and may be a tad long. I am a short, gut heavy male, with no butt. I am also fairly new to CCW. Not having a butt to hold up a gun and a holster has been a big challenge for me. I have tried several big name holsters and have yet to find one that is light and does the job I need it to. This holster was what I needed. This holster is pretty simple with a cheap price. The back of the holster goes above my G43 to protect the gun from my sweat and it doesn't dig into my side. - It does collapse but not that hard to get barrel started and then slide back in.
Is the metal clasp supposed to slide up and down? Is there a way to lock the clasp in place?
- It is locked in place and the clasp goes over your belt and has a notch on the clasp to then go under your belt to lock in place. It will work best with a wide belt like for jeans not a dressy belt as it will shift a little on a narrower belt. Mine fits great and stays in place.
does this holster cover the magazine release? that's very bad as it can cause the magazine to accidentally be released

Can you modify or do you manufacture a holster for the glock 19 mos red dot equipped iwb?

I want this holster, however i never weat a belt. is it required? i am using a glock 23..so its a bit top heavy.
- You could probably get away without a belt, but you'll have to provide something else relatively rigid for the holster to mount to. You might try getting a short length of a fairly stiff plastic - stiff, yet still pliable - and have it sewn into your waistband at the point you want your holster to ride. It would need to be as wide as possible, the better to foil that tendency it will have to roll, work, and bunch. Good luck!
