ORders & Shipping

How do I make changes to the order I've just placed?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or make any changes or cancel once it's been sent. But you can shoot us an email with order number to support@dinosaurized.com for minor changes within 24 hours since the order was placed. 


What is the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?

In fact, it can take 3-5 organization days to procedure the order prior to delivery. From there, delivering timeframe may be different upon product warehouse or delivery location but will be around 3 to 14 business days with domestic shipping to US and 10 to 21 days with international shipping. Take a look at our Shipping Page for more information on when to anticipate your package.


Keep in mind: USPS and other Shipping Carriers are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking information might need some time longer than normal to update, but you can find your order tracking details with order number here. Please allow us some added time for all shipments. How do I track my order?

OR, simply enter your order information here at our Track Page and you’ll find your order shipping details. * Please note it usually takes 2-3 days for the tracking number updated by the provider’s system. If it’s not moving, possibilities are it's on the way.


Do you have international shipping line?

Of course, we do. But please bear in mind that international shipping outside US may take 15~25 days for the order to arrive to your address. Everything about your order shipping details will be updated to your email.


I never received items, what should I do?

Firstly, we truly apology for the experience you’re having with our service. Our delivery providers mainly process by USPS, yet right here are a couple of options we can offer:

Will I be charged immediately after I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.


Why won't my credit / debit card go through?

Please double check to ensure you're using the correct billing zip code associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a credit card, your order must be above $0.50.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return/exchange products? 

All of our products are applied for 30 Day Quality Assurance after the purchase date. If any problems risen throughout this time, most things * can be returned for a refund or exchange. All return/exchange things need to have been purchased from dinosaurized.com and should be returned in their initial condition (unwashed and unworn with tags).


* Items noted as last sale do not get approved for returns or exchanges, and also storage facility sale purchases. Please contact us at support@dinosaurized.com for more information.


How do I make a return/exchange?

Shoot us an email to support@dinosaurized.com with your order number, reasons why you want a return/exchange and pictures of the broken/damage or worn out items with full package.

You will receive an e-mail verification when your return/exchange has actually been processed (make certain to check your spam folder).


When will I receive my refund?

By the time you received the email notifying that your case is applicable for a refund. The refund will be process immediately.

Please note, it can take 3-5 service days for a reimbursement to credit back to your initial type of payment.

My bundle arrived damaged, what should I do?
