Return & refund
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for other ones, be it similar or not.
You can return or ask for refund for up to 30 days from the date you receive it.
Any products you return must be in the same condition as when you receive it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Please email email@example.com to receive authorisation of your refund or return the items. Please include the following details in your email:
- Order Number
- What You’re Returning
- Reason For Return
You can return items which are faulty, not as described or Broken.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
