For the ones that made the same mistake and put the collar together and feel like they cant separate them to adjust, just pull really hard the locking collar comes out and you can slide it right off. FAQs

Can she swim in it?

No. It's weatherproof — rain, snow, wet grass, mud, no problem — but it is not for swimming or submersion, and salt water will finish it. Also: dry the charging port and press the rubber plug back in properly. Water in the port is the number one way these die.

Is this a GPS tracker?

No, and we want to be blunt about it. It does not locate your dog on a map, it has no app, and if she runs three miles it will not tell you where. It makes her visible to human eyes in the dark. That's the entire job. If you need location tracking, buy a tracker — a lot of owners run both.

What if my dog chews her collars?

Then this isn't for her, honestly. It's a flexible tube. A determined chewer will destroy it, and that's not a warranty claim we can pretend otherwise about. Put it on when she goes out, take it off inside, and hang it by the leash.

My dog has really long hair. Will it even show?

Yes, but cut it looser than you think. The mistake long-coat owners make is sizing it snug, which buries the ring in the ruff. Give it a couple of extra inches so it rides on top of the coat. Done right, a Pomeranian glows as clearly as a Lab.
