2. I wear a nine. These fit like a glove. Perfect.

3. The laces run down onto the toe box a bit, so you can tighten them as you wish.

4. The toe box is large enough to use inserts for plantar fasciitis, etc... This is a big plus for me. The inserts actually improved the fit a bit.

5. The leather parts look shineable. They'll look great with a decent polish.

6. The zipper on the side is nice but unnecessary: I find it easier just use the laces when putting them on. The zippers on both boots were a little sticky from a drop of glue that had oozed onto them. No big deal, I just scraped the glue and dangling threads off and they worked fine. Not worth returning them over it.
