- IMO, these knee pads are not made for children or very small adults. Straps are stretchy and up to 22" long. You can put them on tightly, but if you have to move around on your knees a lot, they will slide all over if you are very small. This of course, may or may not be an issue for you.

The only problem I can see is if there is dirt on the floor which the pads could grind into the floor.
